  • All fees for Tablo services are clearly mentioned during the purchase process and are non-negotiable once agreed upon.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation by the User

  • Cancellation will prevent further charges after the current billing cycle but does not result in a refund for the remaining subscription period.
  • For subscriptions with a free trial period, cancellations during the trial period will not incur any charges.

b. Cancellation by Tablo

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Non-payment of subscription fees.
  • Misuse or unauthorized use of the software.

If Tablo cancels your subscription due to your violation of our policies, no refunds will be provided.

b. Ineligibility for Refunds

  • If you do not cancel during the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and no refunds will be provided for charges incurred after the trial.

5. Termination and Account Deactivation

  • No prorated refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription.
  • You will retain access to the software until the end of the current billing cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise.
